-Familiar with popular bioinformatics tools and applications such as Plink, EIGENSOFT, STRUCTURE, Mach/Minimac, METAL, GWAMA, Partek genomics suite, Ingenuity Pathway, GeneGo Metacore, PathwayStudio, Cytoscape, etc.
-Data retrieval from public databases, parsing, filtering, managing and integrating data using MySQL.
