Siyuan Zheng siyuan

I am currently an assistant professor at Greehey Children's Cancer Research Institute, Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at UT Health San Antonio. Prior I was trained in Dr. Roel Verhaak's lab at MD Anderson Cancer Center. My research is focused on understanding the cancer genome and cancer evolution. I am particularly interested in telomeres, chromosomal instability, and brain cancer. During 2011-2017, I was extensively involved in TCGA brain and adrenal cancer projects, and briefly liver cancer project. My lab at UT Health combines bench and computational analysis. At Greehey, we are extending our research to understanding pharmacogenomics of childhood cancer. We welcome motivated postdoctoral scientists to join us!
