I obtained two postdoctoral fellowships from the SNSF to study signaling pathways in breast cancer with Prof. Sorger at Harvard Medical School. I have used statistical methods to characterize drug response in breast cancer cell lines and derived models predictive of sensitivity to targeted therapies. To complement my postdoctoral training, I will apply my expertise in numerical methods and use my knowledge of oncogenic pathways to study resistance to targeted therapies in breast cancer patients.
