I got my MSc in Computer Science in 2010 at the National University of Cordoba, Argentina and my PhD in Computer Science in 2014 at the University of Rennes 1, France and University of Potsdam, Germany.
During my doctoral studies, I have investigated the usage of logic programming for modelling biological systems. More precisely, in the context of logical signalling networks and automated reasoning in order to model their response. Currently, I investigate the use of graph theory and complex networks to integrate heterogeneous data for drug repositioning.
Also, I have worked in software and web development using several programming languages such as Python, C/C++, PHP, Javascript, HTML and CSS.
