I am a PhD candidate at Rice University, my research focuses on computational biophysics, applying the concepts of non-equilibrium statistical mechanics and many-body physics to understand how the wonderful molecular machines work in biological systems. I am also pursuing a MS degree in Computer Science at the same institution with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence. I originated from Beijing China and got my BS degree in Chemical Physics with minor in Computer Science from Peking University.
