Primary research interest is precision cancer targeted therapy and resistance especially in ER-positive breast cancer. Research approach and tools include the multi-OMICS integrative study and variant therapy-resistant in vitro cell and in vivo xenograft mouse models. Research goals are to identify new biomarkers, drivers, and therapeutic targets for clinical translation thus to improve patient outcome especially for metastatic ER-positive breast cancer.
