I love biology, and really enjoy using computational methods to reduce pre-defined hypothesis spaces and open up new ones. I hope that the rapidity with which we can explore complex biological systems using computation and math will help people directly, and teach us more about our biological environment at all scales. My current and past projects are the genomics and epigenetics of bladder cancer, and agent-based models of ovarian cancer dynamics and drug delivery at the cellular scale.
