The overall goal of my research is to develop quantitative and integrative genomics approaches that will help us to better understand the genetic architecture of complex traits and diseases in animal and human populations. My current research focus is to further develop and implement computational methods to exploit and integrate multiple layers of genome-wide experimental data, in order to improve predictive models for complex traits and diseases.
