I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno. I received my Ph.D. in the Computer Science Department at Wayne State University (WSU), under the supervision of Dr. Sorin Draghici. Before coming to WSU, I received MSc and BSc degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Eotvos Lorand University, Budapest, Hungary. My research interests include computational and statistical methods for analyzing high-throughput data. My current foci are meta-analysis and multi-omics data integration.
