I am a research assistant in the Bioinformatics Research Group & Master student at Nile University. My research interest includes systems biology, deep learning, metagenomics & pharmacogenomics. My recent work included different applications of deep learning in targeted metagenomics. I was a member of H3ABioNet, where he supervised 2 bioinformatics courses as a teaching assistant. Also I participated in IBM/H3ABioNet Malaria Hackathon that combined systems biology with machine learning.
