I am a postdoctoral research associate at University of Virginia, USA. I am continuously working in the area of Bioinformatics (Genomics) since last six years. I did my Bachelors in Biotechnology (2004-2007) from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. I obtained a Masters degree in Life Sciences (2007-2009) from prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.
In 2009, I moved to Chandigarh and joined Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH) for my doctoral research.
At IMTECH, I have joined Dr. G.P.S. Raghava research group and finished my PhD in Bioinformatics (Genomics) in 2014. After my PhD, I have joined as a scientist at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi for a short time period. For my postdoctoral research, I came at University of Virginia, USA and joined here as a research associate under Dr. Hui Li at Pathology Department of School of Medicine.
