Taoufik BENSELLAK is a PhD student working in Bioinformatics, A split-site PhD at the University of Liverpool (UoL), UK. As main goals developing stochastic and statistic tools for a better decision on proteins (peptides) quantification and profiling, Elaborating different piplines for OMICS in distributed systems. Taoufik has completed his Master degree with honors in bioinformatics in the National School of Applied Science of Tangier-Morocco. The Master thesis was about integrating new and unavailable tools into GALAXY, tools for mass spectrometry analysis. Elaborating piplines and workflows for MS analysis under Galaxy. MicroArrays data analysis under Galaxy. Integrating tools for a complete workflow, from the processing of raw data to exploratory analysis and interpretation.
