Experience as a applied mathematician: (1) Developed numerical (Finite Difference, Finite Element and B-Spline Collocation) techniques to solve ordinary and partial differential equations which was not solvable with existing solvers.(2) Worked on control grid theory to generate adaptive mesh strategy to solve ODEs and PDEs. (3) Since last six years, started working as a Computational Biologist and focused on Dynamical model of Neurite outgrowth and Neuron cell signaling via ( Bio-chemical and Electro-physiological). (4) Image data analysis to validate dynamical model. Used RNA-Seq data to predict sub cellular processes which involve in Neurite outgrowth.
