I completed my PhD On October 2016 at the University of Warwick in the UK with David J Evans. My project used poliovirus as a model system and utilized next generation sequencing and various bioinformatics tools to study viral evolution. In March 2017 I joined Brooke Lab at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana to study defective Interfering particles (DIP) within Influenza A Virus (IAV).
