Experienced bioinformatician with a demonstrated history of working in the biotech industry as well as academia. I am a co-founder of Genetic Analysis, a diagnostic company providing analysis of human gut microbiota. In 2015, I switched to academia to learn about human genome and epigenetics and became a part of a cutting edge project to create software to model the genome's three-dimensional structure. Two years later, I joined Vaccibody, an exciting new company producing tailored therapeutic cancer vaccines. In Vaccibody I have the responsibility for setting up a computational platform to analyze patients' genomes and identify tumor dna signatures specific to each patient. In addition, I apply machine learning techniques to analyse data from pre-clinical and clinical trials to uncover other properties that can improve predictions of the most immunogenic tumor dna signatures.
