David is an environmental epidemiologist that applies spatial and epidemiological methods to understand factors associated with human health. His primary research area is around the epidemiology and control of malaria, but he also works with other issues such as community violence, dengue, food security, and sanitation. He teaches epidemiology, spatial statistics, implementation and evaluation, and global health at Syracuse University.
