I am an Assistant Professor in the Rasopathy Program in the Division of Experimental Hematology and Cancer Biology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. My lab utilizes advanced tools for functional circuit mapping and novel systemic AAV vectors to understand and treat cognitive deficits associated with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1). Previously, I was a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Viviana Gradinaru at Caltech and an MD/PhD in the Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
