I graduated with a BSc in Nutrition from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro in 2011, followed by an MSc (2014) and PhD (2018) at the Postgraduate Program in Collective Health, Institute of Social Medicine, State University of Rio de Janeiro; both focused on Epidemiology with a strong methodological component. My background as a researcher includes collaborations with several universities, research centers, and the Brazilian Ministry of Health, focusing mainly on population-based epidemiological studies, systematic literature reviews, data science, public health surveillance, health information systems, as well as teaching Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Bioinformatics in undergraduate and graduate courses.
