Analysis of microglia single cell transcriptomic data, as well as analysis and clustering of pathologic variables from brains from Columbia Presbytarian brain bank, and correlation of these variables with data generated from these brains using various omic technologies.
Responsible for writing manuscripts reporting results from the above activities, dissemination of results at meetings and conferences, and training lab staff to perform analysis of these data types and other activities related to the research program of Dr. Andrew Teich in the Department of Pathology & Cell Biology.
