I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Population and Quantitative Health Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. I completed my postdoctoral training in the Department of Biostatistics at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. I received my PhD degree in Statistics from the Department of Statistics and Probability at Michigan State University in 2017.
My research interests include:
1) High dimensional methods for Image Data Analysis
2) Microbiome and Compositional Data Analysis
3) Bayesian Variable Selection in High-dimensional setting
