I am a PhD candidate in the Division of Biostatistics and Health Data Science at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, where I work on developing statistical methods for integrating genetic information with other omic data types.
My research interests encompass genetic epidemiology, statistical genetics, and computational biology. I am particularly excited about leveraging big data and machine learning to uncover the genetic causes and molecular pathways underlying complex diseases. I have a strong background in mathematics and theoretical statistics, as well as extensive applied experience on interdisciplinary research teams in both academic and industrial settings.
