Hello, I am trying to get the allele read counts for each base, as I noticed we have readDepth in the pickle file, Can you guide me how can I assess the allele counts? And I am looking for specific project, GSE48216, is there any way I can search through the samples to see if they include this project? I appreciate your response :) Best, Mona
