Hi everyone. Could you provide tissue segmentations for the monkey datasets (WM, GM, CSF)? Since no T1 images are provided these are difficult to create using standard tools. Even with T1 this might be difficult due to the monkey-human differences. Without such segmentations the tractography results might not be very representative for state of the art methods. Peter
