Hello everyone, where can I find a table that lists which raw file contains which sample/construct. According to the publication there should be 3 samples groups: - GFP (mock) - BirA-TDP-43 - BirA-TDP-CTF each measured in duplicates. The repos lists 8 raw files. The names of the raw files are not really indicative of measured sample. Could somebody please point me to the sample -> raw file mapping?
