I'm having trouble identifying what columns in the file "TCGA_WES_sigProfiler_SBS_signatures_in_samples.csv" correspond to what signatures in the bioRxiv article (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2018/05/15/322859). Both article and file mention 60 signatures. The signatures in the file are numbered up to 60, while the signatures in the article are numbered up to 83. Could you please provide guidance? Thank you!
