Dear Sir or Madam, I am looking for RNA-seq data for major depression disorder and I noticed that the wiki of BrainSeq says that there are 738 subjects spanning three main psychiatric diagnostic groups (Schizophrenia, Major Depression Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder). But in the fastq filefolder the samples are inadequate compared with 738 subjects, and the phenotype file contains informations for only 495 samples spanning healthy control and schizophrenia and no major depression disorder samples are mentioned. Would you please tell me how and when I can find RNA-seq data for these major depression disorder samples? Thanks, Gy He
