studyDescription: To investigate the role that non-coding DNA play in the spatial configuration of the human brain genome and how this brain architecture relates to schizophrenia risk, the iPSC-HiC study uses Hi-C methods to identify 3D chromosomal configuration in cultured neurons and glia derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). These data are integrated with genome-wide SNP data to examine their association to schizophrenia risk loci.
