I'm trying to download this data and I get a "Access Denied" message when I try to download.
For example, if I use "synapse get syn18726859" I receive this message:
SynapseHTTPError: 403 Client Error: Forbidden
AccessDeniedAccess DeniedEFBCEC9DE97AB945GSMXH9wLNV5nGcY4dip/sAUypZs2HRTsuZQ/80OplJexPOzkiKqSF9+okCHaxBgQIgEl8K+u980=
And if I try to download syn18726859 directly from the website using "Download File" from the "Download Options" dropdown it takes me to a blank page that says:
AccessDeniedAccess DeniedF9CA22F568536485+MhHmwUpc1gBrWl6TpER/AwTxI7AjzTfth8bRaCall9Vo1eEPb4kPiBc8wLQE2cnCqqiuYu6yok=
I have access to the file so I'm not sure what the issue is.

I'm trying to use the command line to download but I still get this message:
