Hello, It was mentioned somewhere that trying to extract info about the data during docker run is banned. However, is it ok to print to the log file some info from the info.csv file? I would be interested to know if my performance in different datasets is related to normalization used or microarray/RNAseq. Thank you for your time. BR, Maria Jaakkola
