Now that the first round is finished, could you make the R1 test data available (including ground truth/cell counts)? It would be valuable for understanding how to improve our methods.

We have not made a decision yet. @andrewelamb Have you reached a decision regarding releasing the data? The sooner we get it the more time we'll have to make our models better.

We did! Anything submitted by myself (andrewelamb) is one of five published methods. Wouldn't it be a good idea to add the performance of a standard, published method on Round 1 data, so we can see if the community is pushing the state of the art? Hi @jdroz
