Hi all, Due to many requests, we've decided to make the round 1 data available here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn18906679 This includes the input files, and the gold standard we used to compare submissions to. -Andrew

Some datasets have Log2 scaling as well as some kind of normalization (e.g. quantile normalization). Would you please validate my understanding of the order of actions: - Pure values are sequenced in your labs or collected from historical experiment from other sources. - Once all pure values are put in one table, you (or the other researcher) ran a normalization procedure. - Mixture is created using the pure values. - A Log2 transformation is done on the result. Its important that the normalization happens *before* Log2 operation is taken. Can you please validate that order is not swapped in any of the datasets?.
This is really helpful. Thank you so much! Best, Wennan
