Hi everyone,
Round 3 is now open. The round will run for approximately 5 weeks, and we are allowing 2 valid submissions per sub-challenge.
If you have any comments or concerns please post them here, or start a new thread if you feel it's warranted.
Thanks!

All you need to do is to take in the expression data and output the prediction file as described [here](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn15589870/wiki/592699). @andrewelamb the expression data is also provided from your side right as an validation data as we have to just write a code for that it can accept the input which is provided from your side ? @aashi123,
I'm not clear on what you are asking. Please see [here](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn15589870/wiki/592693) for instructions.
The docker image you create needs to take in expression data as an input, and produce a prediction file as an output, nothing else. We will then take the prediction file and compare it to the validation data and score it, but that part is on our end. Does that answer your question?
- Andrew @andrewelamb I want to know that whether my validation data is going to pass as an argument to my model or something else as I have pass my files to a model file i.e. python file as an arguement in docker while running it in a docker .please clarify so that I will write it as accordingly . @martinguerrero89
Yes very shortly. Hopefully by the end of the day. Hi Andy,
Great to know!
Are you going to publish phase 2 results?
Best,
Martin Oct 25th may have been the final deadline at one point, but we've had to change the dates and round structure a few times now to account for data issues.
As of today round 3 will likely end on on Nov 22nd, with the final round coming in Decemeber. I think deadline is 25 october for this challenge so we can submit even after 25th october @andrewelamb ?
