Dear Challenge participants, I apologize for my very long delay in finalizing this challenge and its manuscript. And for not keeping you all updated with regards to our collaborative phase, as @djo had asked me to do years (!) ago. Owing to logistical challenges, the collaborative phase involved the top performing teams contributing to manuscript writing.
