Hi, This may have already been asked, but I want to clarify to make sure I understand. In the 20genes.csv file, there are 20 genes listed at the top: aay Ama Ance Antp apt Blimp-1 bmm bowl brk Btk29A bun cad CenG1A CG10479 CG11208 CG14427 CG17724 CG17786 CG43394 CG8147 For subchallenge 3, we are only allowed to use the expression data from these specific 20 genes listed above, correct? We are not allowed to create a different group of 20 genes from the original 84 driver genes and use those 20 instead, correct? Also, are we allowed to use data that is not from the 84 driver genes? If I remember correctly, we are provided with more data for the 1297 cells than just the expression data for the 84 genes. Thank you!
