For the 60/40/20 submission files should we use the cell identifiers (e.g., GTACTAATTACN_2, AGGCTAATGGAC_3) or the cell column indeces as ordered in "dge_normalized.txt" (e.g., 1, 2)?

OK I see, but are the cell indeces based on the "dge_normalized.txt" column order (1 -> "GTACTAATTACN_2", 2 -> "AGGCTAATGGAC_3", etc)?
