The DTC data specifies assay_format (e.g. biochemical) and assay_subtype (e.g. enzyme_activity). Are you able to test us what these categories would be for the test data?

Hi David, Building upon Roberts answer, the assay subtype and assay format that was used in generating the test data is similar to [the recent chemogenomic analysis paper.](https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0181585). Though in some case studies it has been shown, it is still uncertain whether these changes in the assay format provided in [DTC](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5814751/) impacts the outcome bioactivity values, becoming another reason in organinsing this paticular challenge.
Hi David, Apologies for the delayed response. I believe that the assay used for the test data is the DiscoverX KinomeScan (cced @aittokal for his confirmation). More reading about this platform is available here: https://www.discoverx.com/technologies-platforms/competitive-binding-technology/kinomescan-technology-platform Best, Robert
