Hello, How should we interpret the rows in the DTC with multiple target ids. For example, the one with compound id CHEMBL6375 and target id P08173, P11229, P08912, P20309, P08172. Would separating this sample into compound-"single target id" pairs and keeping the KD value fixed make sense? So, instead of the row above I want to obtain the ones below: CHEMBL6375 P08173 KD_value CHEMBL6375 P11229 KD_value CHEMBL6375 P08912 KD_value CHEMBL6375 P20309 KD_value CHEMBL6375 P08172 KD_value

Hi Halil, Thanks for highlighting this ambiguity in DTC. Firtsly, based on the query that you have provided for "CHEMBL6375", the activity measurement type is IC50 and not KD. Yes, sepretaing them to single compound-target pair would be the initutive way in resolving this. The only reason that such a row is present in the DTC is because the assay was preformed in-vitro against Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor and the study fails to deconvolute which Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor it is (CHRM1, CHRM2, CHRM3, CHRM4, CHRM5), hence all the targets were enlisted in one row. Hope it was helpful.
ccing @Guru for his DTC insight.
