Kinase proteins as targets?

The challenge is about prediction of compound to kinase protein bindings, but apparently the challenge submission data for the first round has non-kinase proteins. Should we submit our predictions for non-kinase proteins as well?

Hi Shamsaei, It would be great if you could be more specific in letting us know which are the non-kinase protein that you have encountered in the round 1 dataset? Please use the UniProt ID exchange service to retrieve the exact description if the protein. Guru
