How is the training set of the baseline made?

We are interested in how the training set of the baseline is made. Does it come from only DTC dataset, or other datasets? And what about the filter rules ?

The training set of the baseline model comes mainly from the the DTC dataset. We have considered only Kd values corresponding to human kinases.
