In the webinar and in challenge wiki pKd is defined as -logKd but in some sources the following definition is used: pKd = -log10(Kd/1e9). Which one should we use? Thanks.

Therefore, if your Kd values are in nM, you need to also divide them by 1e9, i.e., your definition -log10(Kd/1e9) is correct.
For instance, a Kd value of 100 nM is equal to a pKd of 7 M.
