I can't seem to get my prediction file (csv) evaluated. I get "Submission file has missing values, after converting prediction column to float values." error, even though I don't have any missing values. Could you please help me about this?

It is possibly because of the last entry in that line is in quotes, that's what got my csv writer confused I guess. (You can see what I mean if you open the file in a text editor such as Sublime or TextEdit).
It looks like your CSV is malformed at line 92. The whole line is quoted, so that line will be treated as one value instead of 7.
