what does UT and MAL mean in subchallange1?does UT mean untreated cases or smt? i mean, there should be only two treatment options(5nmDHA and DMSO) but in the treatment column i can only see DHA and UT and so what the UT stands for. Does it stand for DMSO or what does it mean?

Hi, The UT does indeed stand for DMSO samples. The MAL genes are non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs). If you would like more information, please refer to the Sub-challenge 1 README file which you can find here syn18634453 Thanks! -Sage
