expression data in csv

Hi, I would like to ask did the expression data in CSV have already been normalized? Or they are just raw integrity data from microarray? Hope to know the situation. Thanks

Hi, Thanks for the question. The data in the csv have been already normalized. Normalization procedure can be seen here [https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn16924919/wiki/590948], but in brief, the samples are quantile normalized, log2 normalized, and batch corrected. -Sage
