How did you obtain the pfalciparum_gene_goterms.csv file listed under Resources? I found it to be useful and would be interested in getting files like that for other organisms. However, I am new to bioinformatics and could not find any way to download a similar csv file from the Gene Ontology Resource website. If you could please let me know how you obtained that file, I would really appreciate it.

The pfal Go terms were obtained from PlasmoDB, which you can find here [https://plasmodb.org/plasmo/]
This website has many tools useful for genomics, transcriptomics, and functional analysis for malaria and we highly recommend the use of it.
