Sorry for this extremely naive question. This is the first time I am attempting a DREAM challenge. Could someone please tell me how to upload my csv. I followed the guidelines posted on the 'How to Submit' page. I am facing the following issues:
1. It is shown that if you click on 'Tools' (button beside project settings), you get the upload file option. But for me, the button says wiki tools and not tools. It has no upload file option.
2. I tried using the command line, but it says that I don't have CREATE permission.
I have registered for this challenge, as well as am a certified user.
Please help.
