Cell signature reference

Hello, I was wondering if I can use the cell signature reference file. However, I am not sure if that file is uploaded. I am trying to deconvolute my bulk RNA data by using CIBERSORTx. Thank you!

Hi @lmartin7 , The individual who generated these results is no longer with our research group and our group recently changed institutions so it may be challenging to locate these data. Could you please specify which particular CIBERSORTx output data you are interested in so that we can see whether it is still available? Thanks, Kevin
Hi! A related question - is the output data from CIBERSORTx when GLASS data is deconvolved with the signatures in table S3 available? Thanks!
