Hi, has anyone attempted to re-annotate the GLASS dataset into the 2021 WHO CNS5 nomenclature? If no, can anyone please guide me with how I can find information for other molecular characteristics (i.e., chr+7/-10, TERT, ATRX, EGFR, BRAF, CDKN2A, etc) used for diagnosis that has not been included in the clinical_surgeries.csv file?
P.S. I am not a bioinformatician but a biologist who's interested in big data analysis.

Thank you very much for that but yes I have seen this article before and another from bioarxiv. The diagnostic tree helps to guide with the reannotation. I have now collated all the variables I need to reannotate the GLASS dataset except for some histological descriptions (i.e., mvp or necrotic). I will post a different thread about that.
