Thank you so much for maintaining this super useful database. I sincerely appreciate it! I have a question about the variant file. If the last column is f, does that mean the variant calling does not pass the filter and the variant should not be used? But if the last column is t, that's a valid variant. Is my understanding correct? Thanks again! Best regards, Peng Mao

Hi @peng_mao, Thank you for your interest in the GLASS resource. On behalf of the GLASS team, we appreciate your kind words about the database's utility. The data dictionary is a great resource for providing a brief explanation for each field. You can find the description for the variable in question on the project wiki. It's not generally advised to use variants that do not pass filters because these are more likely to be low-confidence calls or false positives. Hope this helps, Kevin
