Hello,
I've been attempting to find an excel file that identifies the recurrent hypermutator cases but have been unsuccessful thus far. I am able to download and view the de-identified clinical data but was wondering how or where I can obtain a list of the hypermutation status on all the patients in relation to the clinical data that may serve as a useful resource for the future.
Thanks,
Mathew

Thanks for bringing this to our attention as we previously did not have a list of hypermutation. We now provide that information regarding the silver_set (n = 257 pairs) in the table, `analysis_hypermutation ` under the column ?hypermutation_status?. A value of 1 for this variable indicates that the recurrent tumor(?tumor_barcode_b") in the tumor pairs had a mutation burden (Mutations/Mb) > 10.
Thanks,
Kevin
