I see in the publication that there should be 102 methylation samples and 84 RNA seq samples (as described in Extended Data Fig. 1 Sample selection). But when I look into the gene expression table (glass_expression.txt) there are 63 GLASS samples and in the "glass-dna-methylation-annotation.txt" there are 44 GLASS samples. So where is this data described in the paper? Thanks.

Not all of the samples in the expression.txt table had genomes that passed the quality filters outlined in the publication. The GLASS data resource includes information from the full GLASS cohort, regardless of whether the samples pass quality check, so the sample sizes for some tables may differ from that reported in the original publication.
Yes, some of them are TCGA samples. But in the publication, it says 84 samples. Maybe some of them were added later?
The expression.txt table is made up of 102 samples, comprising 51 pairs. If you could tell me where you are seeing 63 GLASS samples, I can correct it.
